Reducing Health Disparities for Our Local Congregations

The Greater West Michigan Ministerial Alliance, Church of God in Christ, Inc will partner with organizations to help assist the GWMMA in achieving our health and fitness goals and to impact their surrounding community.  Along with great organizations, and our member churches we will also work together to engage their neighborhood by hosting health fairs and programming.  Our Programming and health fairs range from fitness and cooking classes to walking clubs.
To do this, the local congregations will work on a three-pronged strategy: (1) improve eating habits (2) increase exercise/physical activity, and (3) promote regular access to health care resources.
